3. Registration and Consent
All participants must be registered before attending sessions.
Participants aged 18+ who can do so independently may complete their own registration form.
Where a participant requires support (e.g., a vulnerable adult, or a child/young person), a parent, guardian, or carer must complete the form on their behalf.
You confirm that all information provided is accurate and kept up to date.
By registering, you give permission for yourself or the participant to take part in Intertwined sessions and related activities.
You consent to Intertwined holding and processing personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Any changes to personal, medical, or contact information must be reported promptly.
4. Payments
Session or term fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
A participant’s place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (see Section 7).
Details of current fees and payment methods are available on our website or directly from Intertwined.
5. Attendance and Behaviour
Participants should arrive on time and attend regularly.
Parents/carers/support workers are responsible for safe drop-off and collection where applicable.
Intertwined promotes a respectful and inclusive environment — all participants and staff must be treated with kindness and respect.
If a participant’s behaviour is unsafe or persistently impacting others, Intertwined reserves the right to review or withdraw their place, after discussion with those involved.
Reasonable adjustments will always be made where possible to support inclusion and positive participation.
6. Health, Safety, and Safeguarding
You must inform Intertwined of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional support needs that may affect participation.
All staff follow safeguarding and health and safety procedures to ensure participants’ welfare.
Intertwined is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults at all times.
In the event of illness or injury, basic first aid may be administered by trained staff. In serious situations, emergency services will be contacted, and a parent/carer or emergency contact will be informed immediately.
If a participant attends with a support worker, it is expected that the support worker remains present if required for safety or wellbeing.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
If a session is cancelled by Intertwined (e.g., due to staff illness, venue closure, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be notified as soon as possible.
Where possible, cancelled sessions will be rescheduled.
Refunds are offered only if a session cannot be rescheduled, or at the discretion of Intertwined management.
We cannot provide refunds for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, or personal reasons.
8. Photography, Filming, and Media
Intertwined may take photographs or short videos for promotional use (e.g., website, social media, printed materials).
Consent for photography or filming will be requested separately on the registration form.
You can withdraw consent for photography at any time by contacting us at intertwinedne@gmail.com.
If consent is not given, we will ensure no identifiable images of the participant are used.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
All personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy
Information is collected only for the purpose of providing safe and effective sessions.
Data is kept secure and confidential and only shared where legally required (for example, safeguarding or emergencies).
Sensitive information (e.g., health details) is handled with additional care and only accessed by authorised staff.

Intertwined takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe environment.
However, dance is a physical activity and carries some risk of injury.
