Yoga sessions help to improve strength, balance and flexibility and can help improve mental wellbeing, relieving stress and allowing the body to relax and relieve tension.
These sessions involve sensory exploration, using various props, breathing techniques and story visualisations to help relax our mind and body.

Support can be offered when putting on performances, such as: Choreographing dances with groups, teaching Makaton songs, supporting with music, organisation, advertising, programmes, certificates etc.
Staff development sessions can be tailored around specific needs and requirements for learning, incorporating various techniques and activities as well as teaching Makaton signs, all in a fun, engaging, interactive way.
Arts Award Qualifications can be achieved through the sessions, currently at Discover and Explore levels.
